We will be running an internet competition to find the best band and writer. Voting will be via the internet.

Dance Stage
This year we have an unprecidented number of Dance entrants.
From Solo Dance from around the world, to the latest dance styles to sweep the country.
Join us in the Dance Square or the Dance Tent on both days.
Arena Stage
We've expanded again.
This is the Arena Stage where there are 'Workshops', taking place throughout the afternoon

Dog Show
Once again we are looking at our four legged friends .
Chris King a very well known judge successfully arranges the Friern Barnet Dog Show, and has organised this event for us today.
An opportunity for all local dog owners to enter their best friends sign in from 11am, with a grand parade at 4pm to close the dog show event.
Punch and Judy
The ever popular Mr Punch and of course Judy, and friends will entertain our smaller visitors, at 2.00pm and once again at 4.00pm
Cafe Concerts

We are pleased to announce our 'Mini Concerts' taking place at The Oak Hill Park Cafe today and tomorrow
Our first concert in this new venue is The Barnet Band - (Wind Band music at it's best)
The Barnet Band is a community wind band based in Barnet
As Barnet's oldest musical organisation, (they formed in 1889), and have a reputation for popping up all over the borough and in neighbouring Hertfordshire at a wide variety of functions.

We expect approximately 40+ 'Life Style' stalls, community crafts and a variety of Food Outlets.
Funfair
Hammonds Family Fun Fair which has always been very popular.
They are planning to bring more new rides this year.
Bar
The bar this year is supplied by Pinnacle Bar Services.
A new visitor to our festival - I believe they have a great selection of Beers etc (Mine's a large one !)
--- and the prices are very reasonable !!

We intend to keep this site running throughout the year, and not just for the festival period
We want this to be a local site for the local people and supply information that will be relevent to everyone.
We will be arranging local music competitions, and other ongoing pages which will be useful to our local surfers.
This year until the end of June we had around 150 000 visitors to the site
