A Mum's Interpretation of The Offside Rule

Imagine you're in a shoe shop with a friend.
You're looking round, with your friend.
You spot just the shoes you want and they're behind the cash desk.

At the same time another lady has spotted the same shoes.
Unfortunately she spotted them first and is actually ahead of you in the queue
What a problem!
BOTH of you want the same pair !!!!

Oh ***** you've forgotten your purse
Actually you're in luck the other lady has forgotten hers as well
Both of you want the same shoes - A LOT
You signal to your friend at the back of the store that you have no money
She throws her purse to you, you catch it and go to the head of the queue and buy the shoes.

However --
If you signal to your friend, and then move infont of the lady who was first in the queue
Before your friend throws her purse then YOU are 'Offside'
Got it !
